              Who we are

What started as an idea for a pitch has since evolved into a movement—a magazine dedicated to celebrating emerging talent, cultural heritage, and contemporary African fashion.

                Our Story

With a strong academic background including a degree in Aviation Technology and Pilot Studies, Lynn’s journey into the fashion and media space might seem unconventional. However, her passion for storytelling and her deep appreciation for African culture drove her to create a platform that bridges tradition and modernity, blending bold narratives with daring visuals.

            Our Mission

AfriHue brings you Africa's vibrant shades, captured through the lens of each African nation. It’s all about spotlighting emerging talent and fashion pioneers who are shaping the future. While our current focus is on nurturing local talent in Kenya, our vision stretches far beyond. In ten years, we aim to expand across the continent, building a network of offices and creating a space where creators, readers, and fashion enthusiasts can connect, inspire, and grow together.

  Catchphrase

“Seize the moment, and let go of the past”

AfriHue is here to make a lasting impact on Africa’s creative landscape. Our catchphrase urges our team and future partners to look forward, set past mistakes aside, and keep moving—because the race only ends when we quit.

              Our Vision

AfriHue was founded in November 2024 by Lynn Mulei, a visionary entrepreneur and creative thinker. While pursuing a degree in Fashion Marketing and Business Management at London Metropolitan University, Lynn was tasked with pitching an idea for Leading Innovation, and that’s where AfriHue was born.
