AfriHue Magazine – Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

AfriHue is a fashion and lifestyle magazine committed to celebrating African creativity, identity, and culture. We publish quarterly both in print and digitally, and we reserve the right to make changes to our format, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid for in full before processing.
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but typically range between 2–7 business days.
  • AfriHue is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. AfriHue Magazine does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed, whether for print or digital products.

Exceptions are only made in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong issue or order.

To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photo evidence and order details at afrihue@afrihue.com.

5. Digital Access & Copyright

  • Digital issues and content are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • All content, images, and materials are the property of AfriHue and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed per issue or annually, based on your selection.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused issues.

7. User Conduct

By engaging with AfriHue, you agree not to:

  • Misuse our content or brand identity.
  • Use AfriHue for unlawful purposes or impersonate any entity without consent.
  • Distribute unauthorized advertising or spam using our name or channels.

8. Liability Disclaimer

AfriHue is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to access our content or services, including but not limited to delays, errors, or interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate Kenyan courts.
